Description

Short description of White Dwarf Isopods:

Trichorina tormentosa or White Dwarf Isopod origins from Central America and is widely used not just as feeder for small amphibians, reptiles or invertebrates, but also as super efficient clean up crew for bioactive setups.

This isopod is very soft and has size of just 3-5 mm, also its breeding speed is very slow as female is producing just one offspring at once. So initially the colony needs a while to reach its “critical mass”, but then it will explode.

Starter colony consisted from 50+ specimens is packed with substrate in 520 ml tub.
