Important: This is a VENOMOUS species and although it is not deadly for human it must be kept with all possible precaution. Also mind urticating hairs on the rear of the abdomen – don’t touch them or let to get in contact with mucous membranes!
Stunning arboreal species from Indonesia (Mount Argopuro, East Java) formerly known as Phormingochilus sp. rufus.
Heavy webber, so it requires plants or branches that will support its web. High humidity is critical, but you should avoid water logging of substrate – it must be aerated well, so do not forget about drainage layer.
